The Mari Size Guide: How to Measure Yourself at Home
Buying swimwear online does not have to be a gamble. With a soft measuring tape and a few minutes, you can find your size precisely and order with confidence. Here is exactly how we recommend measuring at home.
What you will need
Use a flexible measuring tape and stand in front of a mirror in your underwear. Keep the tape snug but never tight, and breathe normally so the numbers reflect your real body.
The three measurements that matter
- Bust: measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
- Underbust: measure directly under your bust, where a band would sit.
- Hips: measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom.
Reading the size chart
Compare your measurements to our size chart and choose the size that fits your largest measurement. Tops are guided by bust and underbust, while bottoms follow your hip measurement. If a top and bottom fall into different sizes, our separates let you mix sizes freely.
When you are between sizes
If your numbers sit between two sizes, size up for more comfortable, relaxed coverage, or stay true to size for a snugger fit. For supportive tops, the underbust measurement should lead your decision.
Still unsure? Send us your measurements and we will gladly recommend the best size for the piece you love.
