General Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mari Swimwear website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mari Swimwear, Lda. is a company registered in Portugal.
Products
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Product descriptions and fabric compositions are provided on each product page.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable Portuguese rate (23%). Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. When a product is on promotion, we display the original price, the discounted price, and the promotion period as required by Portuguese and EU law.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
Payment
We accept MB WAY, Multibanco, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. See our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information on delivery options and costs.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return products without reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Limitation of Liability
Mari Swimwear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by Portuguese law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Mari Swimwear, Lda. and is protected by Portuguese and international copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

For consumer disputes, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact the Portuguese Consumer Arbitration Centre (CNIACC).
