Our Story

Mari Swimwear was born from a deep love for the Portuguese coastline — its golden light, its wild Atlantic waves, and the effortless beauty of women who call it home.

Every piece is designed in Portugal and handcrafted with premium Italian and recycled fabrics. We believe swimwear should be as sustainable as it is beautiful, and as comfortable as it is confident.

From the cliffs of the Algarve to the beaches of Comporta, our collections are named after the places that inspire us — and designed for wherever the sun takes you.

Our Values

Made in Portugal

Every piece is designed and manufactured in Portugal, supporting local artisans and textile traditions. We work with small, family-owned ateliers in northern Portugal who share our commitment to excellence.

Sustainability

We use recycled fabrics like ECONYL (regenerated nylon from ocean waste) and OEKO-TEX certified materials. Our packaging is plastic-free and made from recycled paper.

Quality Fabrics

We source our fabrics from the finest Italian and Portuguese mills. Every swimsuit features UPF 50+ sun protection, chlorine resistance, and quick-dry technology.
